RECOMMENDATION

Mix powder with water or your favorite juice.  For muscle repair, on workout days, take 2 teaspoons before and 2 teaspoons after.  On non-workout days take 2 teaspoons in the morning and 2 teaspoons in the evening.

These flowing agents have been shown to demonstrate a reduction in dissolution time and a reduction of nutrients available for absorption. In other words, these flowing agents make the products hard to break down and use.

Did you know?

…Magnesium stearate found in supplements poses a huge disadvantage to the end consumer.  Due to the nature of this powder, it increases the time it takes for the product to dissolve.   In turn, this reduces the amount of nutrients that is available for absorption.  That's why MAGNESIUM STEARATE will never be in any of Windhawk's formulas!!

1. The recommendations call for 2 teaspoons.  Is this a flat teaspoon or heaping teaspoon?

Flat teaspoon.

2. I just recently started taking Green Creatine and noticed that my stools are loose.  Is this normal?

As with any new supplementation regime, the body may take time to adapt to the introduction of new nutrients.  It is recommended that when starting this product you take half the suggested dosage then gradually increase until you have reached the recommended dosage as stated on the label.

3. Is this product best taken with food or between meals?

Green Creatine is best taken with a shake or meal.  For example, the full 4 teaspoons can be mixed into a shake that contains water and meat from a young coconut and banana.  You then drink half of the shake prior to working out and the remaining half after your workout.  The added nutrients in the shake will support muscle recovery.
